2 big surprises for me today!

So happy cos I got 2 very surprising "surprise" today... ya, ya..i know..a surprise is surprising already..wat am i talking here?

anyway, the surprises were from darling..he subscribed to PC.com mag and got 2 freebies..a pink ODM watch and a pink (again!) Bonia leather watch. One is funky and one is ladylike..wow, 2 watches! Cool! Didnt imagine I'd get an ODM watch! The design is simple, pink colour and very rubbery feel..but, overall, yeah, it's cool to own an ODM watch!

Shoes, Freebra, Nail polish for PS Day

Finally bought my pair of bling bling shoes in Lavender, Sg Wang. Not bad for RM59.90 (less 20%) = RM47.90. Almost went and bought a very similar pair at Lemon, Sg Wang which cost RM79.90 (less 10%) only...Not bad lor the design.. Gonna wear it for PS tomorrow (which I'm sure it wont be so obvious in the photos) and also ROM day.

Will hunt for Actual Day shoes later, probably in MV or Sg Wang again.

Also bought A cup Freebra. Bought the B cup previously but doesnt seem to look nice and fit. And, that irritating front buckle can't seem to buckle up. Or, isit me who dunno how to do it?

Haihhh...speaking of nails, very disappointed cos no time to do manicure. Rushing cos darling waiting for me lah..better dont do it cos later he'll ngam ngam ngam...so, last resort is bought a nail polish and colour my nails later tonite. Sucks!

Oh, and I bought a makeup remover from Loreal too..hope it's a good buy. Arrgghh, can't wait for PS tomorrow..or shall i say, why is it so fast?

Submission of form in Buddhist Maha Vihara

Finally...we submitted the long awaited form at the Buddhist Maha Vihara temple today. It was a "challenging" day as we had to endure the bad traffic jam due to some stupid police road block today..So many roads were closed due to the ISA protest today...

We submitted the form to Uncle Lee together with copy of IC, witness IC, birth cert copy. However, darling didnt bring his witness' IC copy. So, he'll have to scan and email to Uncle Lee later.

We prayed at the temple too..I prayed for good luck in me and darling's job hunting and a smooth PS day tomorrow.

Darling is a part time coach now

Happy to know that darling is a part time coach now..but feel sad also, cos he is working hard and very tired every evening after work..and yet, he'll coach for an hour...all bcos of earning some part time income...really makes me feel bad and guilty..am sitting at home sulking, brooding, looking for a job and darling is very sanfu here..

i hope he is not looking for a new job any time soon..cos i know his job is stressful as well...hope he can tahan longer..

haihhh..another post about PS..looks like i'm very very excited and kan cheong about the whole thing..googled about "Vogue Collection ss2 photo album" and many more keywords, hoping to search for more PS photos taken at VC...just to see how the couples pose, smile, the makeup, hairdo..maybe i can use it forn my reference..yeah, definitely will use it for my reference..

Other brides are pretty..long hair, oval face, clear complexion. Me leh? Short hair, SQUARE face, lotsa blemishes. Dunno if May can cover them up nicely..and style a nice hairdo for me...

gosh gosh gosh...i want to look pretty, and cute, and sweet...can i? can i?

PS day..coundown

PS day is finally coming..it's this Sunday! Gosh..and my face is still...the same...pimples blemishes still there..really hope the MUA can use a great foundation and concealer to cover them up nicely.

Please...please...no new pimples popping out..please dont! I can't bear it!

Saw Mel's PS pics..Min Min's pics..and of course, Clare's pics..ALL very nice..of course, they are pretty babes with nice features AND oval shape face, unlike mine..SQUARE. Tats why, I have my limitations. Bcos of my SQUARE face. Haihhh..i can't do anything to change it..I'm born with it. Inherited from my dad. So? What can i do? Accept it lor..

Will I know how to pose and smile naturally? Will darling know how to do the same? Will we look good together? Will the makeup and hairdo look nice on me, especially on my SQUARE face? Haihhh....so many worries...now i truly understand why other brides are having the same kan cheongness like me...its really dreadful! I guess I will not put so high expectation on the outcome..otherwise, i'll be disappointed like Chrystine. Just expect something natural and simple, and hope for NICE outcome.

Must remember to save the bride pics in the camera and bring it on PS day..show them to Wing and May..hope they'll know what to do on me ler...

Hope my ampoules and eyelashes can be used...I dont want to waste money on that day buying from them. Cut throat!

Praying and praying that my makeup and hairdo will suit me WELL and NO RAIN on sunday. Can be cloudy, yeah..better be cloudy, so we wont sweat so much..but please please NO RAIN in Putrajaya!

Interview(s)

Been to few interviews, and also done few telephone interviews. Some really sucks, especially phone interviews. It's like i'm talking from a script, everything is scripted like a story.

Like today, received a call from eknowhow.com. That caller speaks with a British accent. Not sure if she is really a Brit or simply faking the accent. Anyway, asked me to tell her abt myself. Ok, maybe I was a bit long winded into my story, but she cut me short when I was talking halfway. As if she wasnt listening from the beginning at all. What a crap "interviewer". Bah! I wasn't even interested lah!

Well, am waiting for Astro's good news. tried calling Ganesh today, hope to give him some pressure to speed things up, but stupid line nobody pickup. Shit, hope their HR won't screw things up.

Am also hoping for CIMB, but need to wait for 2 weeks. Damn long. I saw in the manager's file got so many other applicants' files...looks like my chances are less than 50%. Probably 30%. But one good thing abt this job is..location is great. Its at Sogo. Is there a new building there? tried to google but cant find any. But the previous office was at Bangunan LTAT, Bkt Bintang..lagi near!

well, altho i have an offer from Dindings, I'm NOT AT ALL excited. In fact, i almost gave up...low salary, chinaman style, loads of work. I'll be working under a lady which I dont find her 'amusing' and nice as a superior. Ssshhhh, crap!

Astro Astro...altho the work is kinda hard and location is kinda far..but, for the sake of higher pay and FREE astro for ALL channels..i'm praying hard for miracles next week! Pleaseeeeeee...

Yasmin Ahmad passed away

Haihhhh...another sad news...Yasmin Ahmad had passed away yesterday nite. Saw a friend posted this message in Facebook. I know her situation was very critical.. cos stroke and brain haemorrhage...Gosh, life is so fragile...

Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett, Teoh Beng Hock, Yasmin Ahmad...so sad...May all of them R.I.P.
